I seldom write reviews, so little time to do so, HOWEVER, a FIVE STAR rating is well deserved here! A beautiful high-quality frame, beautifully made, a great value. I will DEFINITELY be buying frames made by this company again! The clips on the back of the frame are very innovative and easy to use, I love that they are attached to the frame. They are soooooo easy to clip and unclip. Can't say enough great things about this frame. EXCELLENT QUALITY/EXCELLENT VALUE

The plexiglass didn’t come with the protective film, and had a lot of scratches.

Plexiglass broken in the corner on both frames I purchased, perhaps happened in transport but one frame as had metal that did not line up in the corner and left a gap. This was not something that can easily be bent back or formed leaving me to believe that one frame for sure shouldn’t have left the manufacturers. Disappointed and won’t be buying from this company again. If you are planning on buying more than one I would suggest purchasing separately, mine were boxed together and the backing of one frame scratched the heck out of the second one on the frame as well as the plexi glass’ covering (and punctured the box). Since it was already so damaged I didn’t inspect to see if the plexi glass had scratches in it under the covering. Amazon really should be putting foam under these things!

I ordered two of the 24x36 gold frames and four of the 11x14 and although one of the 24x36 frames arrived with a cracked corner, the seller replaced the damaged frame easily and quickly. The actual packaging for the frames was great but the Amazon box that they were put in was too large and not padded well so it probably caused too much movement in shipping. I would say it was amazons fault for the damage and not the seller.The frames definitely exceeded my expectations with the quality. The frames are well made and it was super easy to add artwork. They are beautiful!
