One of the best natural vitamin b complex I’ve taken so far. With an abudance of natural organic ingredients. No synthetic fillers. Very gentle on the stomach too. I am an active older man cycling, weight lifting and a good diet, I still know the importance of energy levels for cell repair as we all age.It can be hard trying to found the right supplement out there that is in its most natural form. Also being methylated the added Choline, Inositol and CoC10 are very rare in other quality vitamins. Yes I do eat very healthy again getting your diet right first is important. No good supplementing with vitamins if diet is weak in nutrition. Me personally it does more harm.However being an active older man who exercises regularly with an very active job that can become stressful. This is a company that I trust and am a returning customer. The ingredients are methylated for people who have the MTHFR gene, an ingredient has been pre-converted into its active form so our body doesn't have to work to process it. People with the gene MTHFR struggle to convert synthetic vitamins into usable forms. Methylated supplements bypass this issue. My blood work came back that I was needing B Vitamins, so I choose these. These are a small capsule which is easily swallowed. I take this after dinner and have no side effects or stomach issues. I am seeing results in my energy level, however I believe it takes longer for some of us to feel the effects. I am well pleased and will purchase again. Came well packaged in a timely manner.

So if I'm showing my face for this product is because I really trust it, and I will tell you why.I have been a gym rat for about 20 years, I'm 37, I have tried all kind of supplements, you name them, even the multi vitamin from this brand. I have a mild allergy to wheat and oats, which I discovered some years ago and I know something was going wrong. I dislike that color of capsules absorbed by the protecting cotton inside the container shows like it is unnatural colors , I took it because I have deficiency in B12
