As a woman, I was not satisfied with the Hawaiian shirt choices available to ladies, so bought this to serve as a beach party shirt. I think it is true to size for a man-- wide in the chest and not so much in the hips. The fabric is surprisingly light and stretchy. Those who said it was scratchy must have a different shirt than I do! The only reason for the 4 stars is a tiny hole near one of the buttons, almost as if a huge needle pierced it. Otherwise this will be a perfect swimsuit cover and talking piece for my party.

100% synthetic material with a little stretch to it. It’s lightweight and sheds wrinkles. I packed it in my overstuffed suitcase, I hung up for an hour and it was ready to wear. It fits true to size. I wore it when the weather was hot and humid, and I was comfortable.I donned it on the 4th of July in Marblehead Massachusetts, the birthplace of the US Navy in 1775. The town goes all out for the 4th of July and many people are dressed in all sorts of red, white and blue. I had over 30 unsolicited compliments on the shirt that day. No, they were not making fun of me. :)
