I add it along with other products to my dogs food as a pain reliever. The Glucosamine product I use has MSM in it but I use this product too. She eats the capsules, I usually try and shove them in a large piece of the canned dog food I cut into the dry food.

Got these to help with join pain as i got back into the gym. Has you take 4 pills a day in one go which is a bit much. Havent really noticed and difference in join pain at all.

The capsules are of average size and were easy to consume with some water. It is a good solid company that I have ordered many supplements from over several years, and this supplements quality is excellent. I feel, that my joints do have less pain since I have been taking this supplement. More time will have to go by to really get the long term benefits.
