Please cancel the order and refund
The digital watch is fine, but the Bluetooth watch could not be connected to the the App Fitpro even while the bluetooth is on. Wrong product is sent. The watch model is shown as D116, but the watch I received is LP715D (Please see the photo displaying watch details). I had spoken to your customer care staff on 13 Aug 2024 and she told me to uploaded photos. At first I uploaded one photo and she asked for more and I uploaded 5 photos. Even though I got a response that the problem will be resolved in 6 hours, but I didn't hear any thing. Please either accept return of the watch (with original packing) and refund or replace with a functioning watch.

बेल्ट बरोबर नाही घड्याळाचा
रिटर्न डिलीवरी मध्ये वॉच चा बेल्ट खराब भेटला.त्याची क्वालिटी ठीक नाही. वॉच चांगले आहे पण बेल्ट खराब आहे. चिकटवून पण तुटला दोनदा.
