Great for practicing sleightsโsolid weight, smooth edges, and magnetโfriendly
I ordered these to practice coin routines, and they turned out to be a fantastic value. Theyโre larger than standard coins (3.8 cm), which actually makes them easier to manipulate for palming, rolls, and classic sleights. The weight feels light enough for fast moves but heavy enough to give you proper feedback in the hand. If youโre a beginner looking to build confidence or a seasoned hobbyist wanting inexpensive practice coins you wonโt mind dropping on the floor a hundred times, this set is absolutely worth it. Durable, consistent, and fun to work with. And they are friendly to magnetic fields. They look real enough and are clearly marked "COPY" on the tail side of the coin.

Great for Sleight of Hand and Magnetic Tricks!
I recently picked up the Fogilas 12 Pcs Morgan Dollar Magic Set, and I have to say, Iโm really impressed with what it offers. As someone who practices coin magic regularly, I appreciate well-made props, and these coins deliver in several key areas. Pros: โ Good Size and Realistic Design โ At 3.8 cm in diameter, these coins are a great size for palming, vanishes, and other sleight-of-hand techniques. They also have a nice, detailed design reminiscent of classic Morgan Dollars, which makes them look authentic on stage or in close-up performances. โ Magnetically Attractable โ One of the standout features of this set is that the coins can be attracted by magnets. This opens up a variety of unique magic effects, including coin appearances, disappearances, and transformations using magnetic gimmicks or holdouts. โ Nice Weight and Handling โ The coins have a comfortable weightโnot too light, not too heavyโwhich makes them easy to manipulate for routines involving multiple coins, such as matrix tricks or coin through table effects. โ Great Value (12 Coins in a Set!) โ Many coin magic sets only include a few coins, so getting a pack of 12 is a huge plus. This allows for extended practice sessions without worrying about losing a coin or wearing them out too quickly. Cons: โ Not Real Silver Coins โ These are imitation Morgan Dollars, so if youโre looking for the feel and appearance of real silver coins, you may need to look elsewhere. However, for magic purposes, they work perfectly. โ Edges Could Be More Defined โ While the coins handle well, some might find the edges a bit smoother than real Morgan Dollars, which could affect grip for certain tricks like edge grip or back palming. Who Should Buy These? If youโre a magicianโwhether a beginner or experienced performerโthis set is an excellent addition to your magic toolkit. The magnet-compatible feature makes them especially valuable for those who use gimmicked magic props. Theyโre also great for practicing sleight of hand without risking damage to real collectible coins. Final Verdict: For the price, the Fogilas 12 Pcs Morgan Dollar Magic Set is a fantastic choice for magicians who need durable, versatile, and well-designed coins. While they arenโt real silver, they handle smoothly and open up many possibilities for coin magic routines. Highly recommended!

Not just for magic tricks
Morgan Silver Dollars are iconic pieces of American history, and owning an authentic one can be quite an investment. That's where Morgan Dollar coin replicas come in, offering a fantastic way to enjoy the beauty and historical significance of these coins without breaking the bank. I recently purchased a set of Morgan Dollar replicas, and I'm incredibly impressed with the quality. The detail is remarkable โ they accurately capture the intricate designs, from Lady Liberty's profile to the majestic eagle on the reverse. The weight and feel are also very similar to the real deal, making them a joy to handle. These replicas are perfect for a variety of purposes. I use them for educational demonstrations, showing students a tangible piece of history. They're also great for collectors who want to fill gaps in their collections without spending a fortune. And, let's be honest, they're just fun to have and admire! Of course, it's important to buy replicas from a reputable source that clearly states they are not authentic. This ensures you're getting what you expect and avoids any confusion or misrepresentation. Overall, I'm thrilled with my Morgan Dollar coin replicas. They're a beautiful and affordable way to appreciate these historical treasures. Whether you're a collector, educator, or simply someone who appreciates the artistry of these coins, I highly recommend giving replicas a try. They're a fantastic way to own a piece of history without the hefty price tag.

A little off
Coins are inconsistent, not true to size, they're okay, but they're not great, had to return. These are specifically made to look like a certain coin but they're not getting the patina right, And they won't take an expanded shell, if you know what I'm talking about. Good for magicians as long as you're not trying to add any other special prop to them.

Fine for stage work.
These coins are a pretty good marathon of the real vintage coins. They have been "aged" to appear slightly tarnished the way real silver coins would be that are regularly handled. True to the description, they have steel cores and are attracted to magnets which makes certain things possible. My only real complaint is that many (I'd say) of the coins have a sharpish edge on one side. I don't imagine these were made the way a steel cored center of a REAL coin would be (if you know, you know) since that would be a lot of extra work for something they could control from the start but it would explain that one edge. Due to that, I'd be leery of trying to use these in closeup. While the edge thing I'm talking about isn't visible and isn't painfully sharp, you'd never be able to let an audience member handle these because they'd feel it pretty quickly and it just doesn't line up with the smoothness of the edges of real US coins or how a coin worn down from being over a century old would feel. For all that said, at a dozen for less than a dollar each, I'd still consider this a pretty good deal, especially for stage work or as practice coins. There is no trick or instructions for any kind of routine provided with these. They're meant for people who already know what it is they want them for.
