Perfect for what I am using it for. Goes a long way, comfortable, affordable. Easy to work. I would have given 4.5 stars only because it is heavier than other electric bikes that I have tried, but can’t beat it for the price.

This ebike is so fun to ride. I love it!It came well packed and directions. I did watch 2 videos on YouTube to watch assembly which helped. It took less than an hour to put together. I did have a problem with the battery putting it in and I wrote Heybike and their response was good. And it was my fault I didn't have the battery properly in the slot.So the assembly was easy after was easy after watching videos. Bike rides smooth. Customer service is good. You won't be sorry with this purchase.

Several things about the bike are better than I thought quality of the paint over a fit and finishSome of the downsides The seat stem will not tighten all the way down the seat constantly moves and wiggles. On The handlebar the attachments brake levers the shifter the control unit are unable to be tightened down to where they don't constantly move. They should take better photos because the blue that came- is way better looking than any advertisement!Motor seems a bit underpowered for its advertised size

Due to low vision and no longer being able to drive, I have found that biking is an ideal solution for getting around to stores. The bike's battery life of 4 to 5 hours is sufficient for my needs, as I live in a flat area. The inclusion of a horn, front and rear lights, and a bike rack were key factors in my decision to purchase. Additionally, the seat is easy to adjust, and overall, I am extremely satisfied with the bike's performance.

came mostly together, I did have to put the front wheel on. ALSO I HAVE NEVER PUT A BIKE together in my life and i managed to do it with their user manual and the tools it came with were super helpful.the seat was comfy. now need to put air in the tires and super happy, will update review after few months or riding it and give my rideing experience!Awesome bike ! The bike came to us BROKEN!! error code 30 and the throttle doesn't work. I contacted the seller and they walked through some trouble shooting tips, they were not able to fix the bike or the error code. They told me to email pictures of the bike, invoice, serial number, and error code, to get a return. I sent everything they asked for but now they are ignoring me and my request for a return slip. I contacted Amazon and they state that I need to pay for return shipping ( with the battery and the bike the return cost will vary between 150.00-250.00) Amazon states that after the return is processed at the company I can request the shipping fees be refunded to me. WTH? I just paid 550.00 for a broken bike and now I am out 200.00 on shipping fees? someone who is ignoring my emails might deem the shipping fees refundable but they might just continue to ignore me?? This is wrong on every level!!

If you are on the fence about getting an EV - just do it! This is a great bike to start with. I’ve ridden EV when touring different cities I visit and realized for my needs I don’t need bells and whistles. So I started with a more modest bike figuring I’d work my way up but honestly, this bike is meeting all my needs and I haven’t found anything I’d like to upgrade in a bike yet.What I can promise you is that once you get an EV, you’re not likely to go back to a standard bike. Unless you like the mega hill challenge, this bike gives me the joy of ordinary town and pathway rides I seek at a speed wonderfully fast if I want it. I don’t typically change gears myself, I tend to leave it on gear 7 and just use the 1,2,3 power levels as needed.It rides like a regular bike if you opt to forego the power or run out of battery so that is comforting.Enjoy!
