Okay. So I read reviews on this that said it had some bugs and what not. I bought this thinking the worst. Thinking that there would be issues playing like the game crashing and all that. Well. Honestly I haven’t had a single issue with this at all. I haven’t tried anything that would involve multiplayer or trading or anything. But so far. It does exactly what I expected it to do. Work. It runs just fine. I’m playing this on an original Gameboy advance that I’ve had since I was a child. And yeah. No issues so far.

I’ve been trying to shiny hunt the starter pokemon, after about 200 soft resets I got the error that my game file was corrupted or missing. I reset after getting this error and it seemed to be working just fine. In any case just be sure to save often..

It works exactly as it should work I've traded pokemon with 2 different official leaf green coppies and 2 different repo leafgreen as well and have 19 or 20 hours on this emerald copy so far with zero issues

The game is nearly identical to the original. The game did randomly erase at the 11-hour mark. This was dissapointing, but not terrible, given the low price of this product.

I ordered this after going through old boxes and finding my game boy advance with my original emerald version was broken. It arrived quickly with no saved game data on it. I have played 22+ hours off and on over last month and so far no issues with any of the game play.
