Does it say petrol injector on the front of bottle like picture? As a review picture does not have it.

It just says petrol fuel system, I added it to my petrol injection engines fuel with no problems. I also added it to all of my petrol engine fuel. It keeps the fuel system clean and eliminates carbon build up. I personally believe it helps the engine run smoothly.

Will this remover carbon deposits within the cylinder?

its primery job is to keep fuel injectors free of harmful carbon deposits and aid exhaust emissions. but as it goes into the petrol and the petrol goes into the cylinders it must go some way to help remove carbon deposits in other areas. LR

Is this suitable for hybrid vehicles?

I would guess so as you still have a combustion engine under your bonnet with injectors

can I add a whole bottle in one go? would that damage the engine?

I buy bottles holding 500ml and you add 125ml of this to a full tank of fuel. The bottles have 4 lines on side of bottle to help you estimate 125 ml. So 500ml bottle will last for 4 tanks of fuel. There are 2 types of Redex and I am quoting for a petrol engine. There is also Redex for Diesel engines but I do not know proportions for it as I have a PETROL.
