My elbows are constantly getting damaged, skin torn and bruised. I love the padding and comfortable to wear. A great value and will function to protect me.I was confused about the size before ordering, but when it came it fix perfectly.I’m 77 years old and they fit me so well that I have ordered more pairs.

Just got these elbow pads minutes ago, put them on a WOW.INSTANT PAIN RELIEF!Ok I just got them so can't speak for how they will hold up or if material is irritating yet but happy right now from lack of pain.I sized up for comfort and glad I did!anything smaller would have been too tight.They are compressionand are snug so gladabout that. Will update my review after I've had them more than a few days because anything feels better than pain.I'm a woman with athletic build from sports and doing construction as well as being older so I can't speak for size for an average woman's arms, as mine have larger mussels then a lot of men I know, But not my husband's arms alot more mussels than mine....LOLIf I don't report back there still holding up and are working good!If you have elbow pain I would say go ahead and try them.Fast delivery, look durable so go for it better than suffering and for the price I paid for them the Quilty materials are really more than expected don't write a lot of reviews but am happy and out of pain for now😁

I ordered them in April and wear them when shooting prone position (Elbows on concrete floor). They really worked well, nice pad, but a little tight for an Adult, but overall did the job

I suffered a bad elbow bruise and was horrified by the persistent knot and floppy lump, but after it receded I still had a tender spot on my boney old elbow. And THATS what I bought this pad for.I wear it when sitting at the table because my elbow is drawn to the hard flat surface. It is my companion at my desk, kitchen table and outside doing chores. It is easy to wear and cheaper than a visit to the Ortho! Not too tight and easy to clean, a little dish soap and water. Two in the pack so wash one and wear one.Great product for a great price..

These did the trick! Have a deep bone bruise and needed some padding. These are perfect. I ordered a small and it fits perfectly. Doesn’t interfere with my golf swing at all.
