A great sauce
If you like chutney, you’ll like this. However if chutney just doesn’t appeal to you, you won’t like this. I poured it on my meatloaf and my meatloaf was singing hallelujah. A unique way to flavor all sorts of food. Also it has raisins. I gave some to my sister and she hated it because of the raisins. High marks for versatility.

Finally a lower sugar alternative to Major Greys
I love Major Greys chutney with curry chicken, but it has 11g of sugar per tablespoon. My holy grail is a sugar free substitute but I haven't found that anywhere. So I gave this product a try. Only 5g sugar per tablespoon and it is excellent.

The Sweet Chili Sauce is a 3 hotness, which is too potent for us, despite a good, spicey flavor.
I ordered this 3-pack of Drosco Sauce because I can give 1 or 2 of the bottles to friends as a gift. I purchased it on Jan. 26 and appreciate the Best by Dates of Feb. 2, 2025. The calorie and sodium counts are reasonable, but the Sweet Chili is higher than the Chutneys. I originally planned on using the Fruity Mild Chutney for a chicken thigh marinade. You do need to shake these well and refrigerate them after opening. I like they are made in America with South African origins. Based upon the back label, I changed my mind and chose the Sweet Chili sauce for my marinade. It's a "Mild-ish" sauce, and the Tip says, "This is about a 3 on the heat scale."I cook a lot at home and look for various recipes online. Because this sauce is more of a medium hotness, I needed to tone it down. I had no mayonnaise but did have Tahini. My recipe suggested 1/3 cup mayo and 1/4 cup of a sauce of your choice to accommodate 1 lb. of chicken. I doubled the amounts for a little over 2 lbs. of thighs. The Tahini created a very thick paste. I didn't want to add any more ingredients to alter the chili sauce. I saved some of the paste to make a dipping sauce with plain Greek yogurt and lime juice later. I smeared a couple of thighs at a time with a spoon or 2 of the marinade paste and massaged them inside a gallon Ziplock. I placed it flat inside the refrigerator and repeated massaging a few times over 24 hours.I steam air-fryed the thighs in small batches so as not to overcrowd them. 400 degrees for 18 minutes netted 200 degrees internal temperature, but thighs can handle high heat and get better as they cook. My steam feature helped keep them juicy, too. Finally, the Sweet Chili & Tahini marinade chicken thighs combo tasted pretty good. My diluted dipping sauce with yogurt and lime juice also was a hit. There was still a little kick/bite from the Chili Sauce, but the Tahini definitely helped tone it down. I know Tahini has a distinctive taste and want to try this next time with mayo. All in all, I don't think we'd ever just dip veggies, pita chips, etc. into this sauce because it's too potent for us, despite the good, spicey flavor. If you have a palate for medium hotness, you'll probably enjoy it.

Delicious on EVERYTHING!
It is not only perfect to serve as a side to any curry dish, but it goes perfectly as a flavor enhancer with chicken salad, seafood and meat dishes. It tastes great with cheese and crackers too. Use your imagination. I cannot live without it! You can simply add this to any dish to add a bit of sweetness and spiciness. Unlike Indian and Ceylonese chutneys, this focuses more on sweet, and not the tangy heat. So, far less confusing to the average Western palate. I have a friend who dislikes chutney, and so I gave her some of this on a cracker and cheese without telling her what it was. She loved it. So did her 10 year old son. I will have to stock up my pantry with some more of this sauce before the holidays start!

Sauce Trio
I would personally rank these sauces in order of enjoyment as: Sweet Chili, then Hot Fruit Chutney, then Mild Fruit Chutney.I think with any sort of food/sauce/flavor variety pack, it's a bit less likely for any one person to feel that the whole set is five stars, unless they happen to already know they like each one from prior experience. That being said, I didn't care for the Mild Fruit Chutney at all. Both of the chutneys were much more vinegary than I expected, and neither had much of a "chutney" texture (no chunks, just a thin, syrupy puree). While the mild version mostly just tasted like sugar with vinegar, I felt that the hot version at least added an extra dimension (heat) which helped to round out the flavor profile a bit more. Still, even the hot version isn't something I'd personally feel inclined to buy again. The Sweet Chili sauce, on the other hand, I enjoyed very much! That is one I could absolutely see wanting to purchase again. I used homemade coconut chicken to sample all three sauces, and the very next day I was craving more Sweet Chili chicken. While I essentially felt poorly about one, poor-to-neutral about another, and very positive about the last, I do still want to recognize and appreciate their use of higher quality ingredients, like cane sugar. Obviously, enjoyment of something like sauce is very subjective. One more thing I'd really like to mention, is that I almost freaked out when I just noticed that this listing says the country of origin is CHINA! I was about to write up a whole thing about how deceptive these labels are - displaying "Proudly Made in America" on the front... red, white, and blue all over, etc... then I went and checked the bottles themselves and did see that it says "made in America" on the back too, right in the place you'd look for it. So I'm GUESSING that the "China" country of origin on this listing is a mistake? If so, I would highly encourage this error to be corrected as soon as possible, especially considering the whole "Made in America" theme is their primary marketing strategy!
