Quick, cheap and it worked.
2008 impala Got to me quick in the mail, installed in minutes, just a simple part. If you have a shifter cable that has worn and is popping off the transmission, this is a cheap and easy solution. Put this on over 6 months ago and haven’t thought about it since.

Buyer beware
This pops right off. I've had to get under my van about 9 times in 2 days. I get stuck everywhere. It needs to be made of a plastic material not a soft rubbery material. This is completely useless. Buyer beware.

Poor quality with NO instructions
No instructions at all. Reviews all say that the orange bushings are junk, too soft, and won't hold up, so I bought another brand bushing to install. No instructions or video found to help with removal or install of white 4 prong clip which clips the OE cable to the 4 inch long black plastic link which holds both the bushing that fits on the automatic transmission and the other end holds a spring and the white nylon looking 4 prong clip.

Use hot water to install
I messed up the first one trying a clamp method that I saw on YouTube. I later watched the video from the manufacturer using hot water to make the bushing more pliable and it worked great. It's unfortunate that a simple nylon bushing is the determining factor of whether or not you can get to work but I'm glad I didn't have to replace the entire cable assembly to get back on the road.

Great as good as original
My ram truck transmission selector was always off. It wouldn’t go into park. It was in park but the selector wasn’t showing in park. You can’t lock the doors or set the alarm when it does that. Then it would be okay. The entire problem was this bushing was completely gone at the transmission end of the cable. Problem solved!
