Bought for my 12 year old to self teach silks... very easy to follow and she uses this like her bible alongside watching videos online... can highly recommend

Great book which helps with technique and correct postures. Like how there are strength exercises. Very clear yet comprehensive.

This product was given five stars for the descriptive information provided for beginner aerial silk skills, colored photos, and helpful tips. I have also purchased the intermmediate guide and would like to compare that the intermediate guide does not have colored photos and is more difficult to interpret/follow movement in the photos. This guide has colored photos making the skills easier to decipher.
