I noticed I was very dizzy and felt like I was drunk stumbling about after being on these about a month. After a quick search of the side effects I decided to take my blood pressure and sure enough it was really low. Not dangerously low but enough to make me stop taking them. They definitely do suppress your appetite and I lost a few lbs on them but I just couldn’t stick the light headed feeling constantly so no idea how others have been taking more than the recommended amount and feeling fine!

No side effects

I purchased as I am pre diabetic and read about positive impact on blood sugar taking berberine so thought I would give these a try.After 2 months my fasting blood glucose hasn’t come down so maybe it doesn’t work for me. I didn’t realise these contain flour as a Filler and clean berberine may be better for improving blood sugar but that was my error as I didn’t realise when ordering but thought it was worth noting incase anyone else is ordering for similar reasons

Waking up skinnier than ever because of this! But beware this is not a magic chemical, you can't just go and binge and then expect to wake up with no effects, but it stops you feeling so guilty after having one too many treats.

There is also black pepper and ginger in this supplement I can't be sure therefore what is causing the severe muscle aches in my legs when i took it. The muscle aches started an hour after taking these pills and lasted for several hours. I took a second one the nexr day and the same thing happened and the pain was even worse.I have had to throw the rest of the packet in the bin. It doesn't seem a normal reaction to have and i certainly don't recommend them I bought some other berberine tablets, this time pure berberine and absolutely fine, no side effects.
