This is a good quality weight loss support supplement. It is rather potent, packing an impressively high amount of green tea and green coffee into one 2 capsule dose. I didn’t notice any jitteriness from the 2 capsules, but it would be easy to drop it to only 1 capsule if the 2 capsules cause jitteriness from the caffeine.I take this in the morning before breakfast, and did notice I occasionally get a little bit of an upset stomach. So, I usually try to drink a protein shake or eat a little something after taking these. I don’t get the upset stomach every time though. It does control my appetite very nicely, so I don’t feel ravenous by lunchtime if I have too light of a breakfast. I also don’t snack as often because I don’t feel as peckish.When I took it in the morning, it did seem to wake me up very nicely. I noticed a dramatic improvement in my energy level. I seemed more awake and alert, but not edgy or jittery at all. It even seemed to help wake me up after a night where sleep was broken and sparse.So far, I am happy with the quality and results of this supplement.

I have been taking these for a few days now and must admit that I do feel more energised.I also noticed a slight reduction in my appetite which was good.Easy to swallow with no discernible taste or odour.However, I have just completed a medication review with my GP and I am required to adhere to prescribed medicines only for a period of time. So will have to pause taking the green tea pills for a while and cant comment further.

So far these haven’t caused any problems. My weight has gone down though that is probably due to extra exercise and better diet as well as these capsules.Hopefully they are having some effect but even if not they are a great morale boost and have spurred me on to get a bit trimmer.

Have only just started using this product but so far I believe it may be working. I checked the ingredients before using and I’m pretty pleased with what I see. They are easy to swallow with no dodgy aftertaste.The price is competitive which is good. So far so good with this product. I will report back once I have finished this tub.

I ordered these for my husband because he is trying to lose a few lbs before Christmas. I would have liked to try them myself but cannot because of doctor's orders.Hubby reports that the tablets taste like raspberry, which he likes, but that they are a little difficult to take because of the size. He doesn't feel as if his appetite is suppressed but he definitely sees the effect of the green coffee bean extract. He has to empty his bowel twice a day now and with some urgency although he doesn't have diarrhoea. I should imagine with a regular 'emptying' daily that if nothing else these tablets are providing a cleanse of his system. Weight loss will be just a bonus.

It's very hard to judge if this type of tablets are working because they are usually just a part of various efforts to lose weight.The taste/smell is certainly quite pleasant and the capsules are easy to swallow.They don't give me any unpleasant side effects and I'm sure my appetite has lessen after taking them for a few days - I'll definitely keep going.

I drink and enjoy green tea, so I seem to be tolerating these supplements well, why i chose them.I do like the raspberry aspect of them in terms of flavor, makes them much easier to swallow. I have noticed my appetite seems a little lower, I also seem to have a bit more energy too. Obviously I am taking these while going to the gym as well as balancing my food intake. I take these in the morning with my oatmeal and glass of mango juice and/or water when available.

I acquired these pills for a good friend who was recommended a gastric bypass by her GP. She struggles to walk longer distances and does not seem to shed the extra weight. I am delighted with the initial effects.
