9900 mah is a joke
I was skeptical about the claimed capacity of this battery so I tested one of them. I attached the battery to a 3 ohm power resistor drawing about 1.2 Amps which is pretty low and should maximize the energy delivered. At that current, the battey should last more than 7 hours. Well, it barely lasted 1 hour before the voltage dropped to 2.5 volts which is the depleted voltage level. So, the true capacity is less than 1000 mAh at best.

I get 1100mAh at BEST! not even close to 9900mAh! I wish I could give negative stars!
