This mini PC is a great tool for household use. Plenty of power for browsing, email, turbo tax, etc. Super small and easy to incorporate in a tiny space.

Quick delivery, great packaging, and the PC works perfectly for a home lab or office pc mounted to the back of a monitor!

No WiFi or Bluetooth, came with a cheap dongle that does not work. You need to budget another 35$ or so for card and antenna kit. Some scratches and pretty dusty inside, I doubt that this was opened let alone re-furbished. It will work for me. 1 Star for lying,

The PC was in good shape when it arrived. It worked out of the box, however as others have pointed out, there was no wifi card in the PC, so only ethernet is available for internet. I bought a 25 dollar wifi 6E card off amazon, plugged it into the slot on the PC, and had wifi. It was a fairly easy install, however it still may be too much for people not good with computers. One thing I noticed was the hard drive it came with, it was one of the short M.2 drives, screwed to a very sketchy adapter to have it fit in the full sized NVME slot. I ended up buying a full size drive to replace it as I was installing a different OS other than windows on it anyway. Another easy addition, but another cost as well. Mine did not come with the cage for the SSD drives, so if you wanted to buy this PC to have an OS run on the SSD while using the two M.2 drives for storage, you may have to buy the cage and put it in there. It stinks not having an HDMI port on the back, mine has the two default DVI ports, and a VGA port. I believe the VGA port can be replaced with an HDMI port piece, however that's more money and you'd have to track that specific part down, which to me isn't worth it. I'm just using an adapter. I also re-did the thermal paste job on the CPU. However that was just done as a "just in case" on my part, when I pulled the heat sink off the CPU the thermal paste job looked decent. Something maybe to check on yours though when you get it. Overall I'm happy with it and don't think the price is that bad. It may just take a little bit more time and money for some people to get it to a place where it's usable for them.

Great option for a home server

It works well. This is a very decent price for a mini desktop. The issue is, after about 24-48 hours of running, it overheated and kept crashing. So that requires you to be proactive (which you should already do with anything refurbished TBH), and just re-apply thermal paste to the machine. Slight annoyance, but other than that, it seems to work fine. Giving it 3 stars, because it technically didn't work completely out of the box because I have to go out of my way to apply thermal paste. But other than that, decent mini desktop. Get thermal paste, and install libraries to remotely monitor the heat of you system.

This little computer runs pretty well. Doesn't seem to have any real lag. The little fan in it is slightly noticeable but not a problem. Windows 11 will set up a one drive account weather you like it or not. Not a fan of this but that's not a problem with the computer but the operating system. Not much choice because Windows 10 loses update support on October 14 2025. Overall a decent price for this unit. And yes I'm keeping it.

El equipo parece venir bien, aunque tenia polvo dentro. Ninguno de los adaptadores que indicaban en la descripcion venia incluido en el paquete. Tampoco tiene el caddy para discos sata de 2.5, si su intencion es instalarle uno hay que buscarlo por separado (Parte HP 3TK91AA) Dias despues usandolo con cargas de trabajo bajas he visto que muchas veces se dispara el ventilador al maximo sin motivo alguno, hay algo raro

So far so good, the wifi isn't built in but they provided a wifi adapter which worked great. The fan was going, but its expected when your transferring files over etc. The unit was in good condition, a tiny dent on top that you can barely see, but that's it. So far so good. I will update if anything changes.

condition was newer than expected . Spec (Processor/RAM/SSD/OS version) are exactly as mentioned . it does not have hdmi port but they have given display port to hdmi adopter cable which is working fine. it does not have wifi but they have given wifi dongle which is older and did not support 5G wifi connection and did not work with modern wifi routers so i had to reduce the channel count in 2.4G band to make it work. it does not have bluethooth and they did not send any bluethooth dongle and i had to buy one myself even though they have mentioned in Bluetooth .it came with outdated MS office suite and VLC player . so far device is performing without any issues.

I wouldn't have known that this was a refurbished machine if someone came into my office and installed it.. Zero signs of wear on the one I received. However be aware that the wireless features are delivered on a cheap Chinese USB adapter. I didn't need any wireless connectivity so that wasn't a deal breaker for me and I tossed the adapter in the trash. The adapter does work, but you can find wireless capable tiny PCs out there with OEM Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi. This PC comes with Windows 11 pro, has 16 Gigs of RAM and a 256 Gig NVMe drive ad supports 2 monitors (note that one of the ports on mine was a Displayport and no monitor adapter was included, necessitating a trip to the local computer store to get the correct cable (which only cost $10, so no financial hardships there) - it is fast enough for general use (browsing, spreadsheets, word processing and so on), but the video is generic Intel, so it would likely struggle on graphics intensive applications. Note that this is a tiny format computer. It is about the size of a portable CD player and uses an external power supply. I've been using Tiny format computers for a number of years - they work fine, are very quiet and best of all they don't take up a lot of space. You should note that while the computer has a speaker it is not stereo and is pretty anemic. You will want to use this with external speakers or headphones.

Was a little nervous buying a used PC but honestly couldn't be happier. Arrived in great shape, no scratches or anything. Plugged it in and everything just worked. Runs fast, quiet, and takes up almost no space on the desk. For the price this thing is a steal. Would buy again.
