Hampton Bay 22" w Standard Linen Bath Cabinet, 22" W, Sequoia

It took half a day to put this together. It is heavy and sturdy, and I like the very dark look. It looks like wood graining on sides. I left off the bun feet and got new handles. It lives in my living room corner behind a chair. Who knew?

3 people for 3 days worked at building it. With pieces missing, broken and just not fitting, We still can't use it. It would look beautiful if it could be built. Other items from this company (Home Decorators) were not half as difficult to put together and were quality furniture. This one is HORRIBLE! I'm so disappointed.

I purchased the white version of this cabinet, which arrived exactly as described. However, it was extremely difficult to assemble. I had a handyman, who has assembled several similar pieces for me, come to assemble it for me. He stated that whoever wrote the instructions for assembly, they did not know what they were doing. There was no list provided of all the parts necessary for the assembly to ensure that all the parts were shipped with the unit. He followed the instructions step by step, however, in several instances he said that they should have told him a procedure three steps ago, not now, when what he needed to do couldn't be done without a great deal of difficulty. He was finally able to complete the assembly, with several adjustments, taking much longer than he should have! Don't try to assemble this cabinet if you are a novice!

This is a beautiful cabinet, it fit perfect in my small bathroom. Also a great price,BUT the instruction are not complete, the shelves the drawers fits on have holes under them, they are for wood dole, from drawer stoppers. They are easy to get mixed up and it's not mention. Also the first thing you need to do is locate the door henge holes and the place for the magnet to hold door shut. Put that on first then you'll be sure to not have the board backwards. We had to take our apart 3 times. If done right the first time, the assembly should take only 1 1/2 hours. Even with the assembly problems I love this cabinet.

I spent many weeks searching for 2 night stands that would match my bedroom furniture in design and color. I wanted something that wasn't too bulky, that had a few small drawers, could hold some books and magazines, had a small cabinet with a door, and was made completely of wood (including the back of the cabinet). This product fit my requirements perfectly! I know that this product is normally used as a linen storage cabinet but I found a better use for it. The product arrived in excellent condition; it was well packaged. The cabinet was made completely of wood, including the back. The color of the cabinet has a light reddish tinge to it which matches my other bedroom furniture. The instructions were very easy to follow; I was able to put both cabinets together in 2 hrs. Since I was going to use them as night stands, I needed to have the cabinet doors open toward the bed. Unfortunately, the screw holes for the door hinges were only on one side. So, before I assembled the second cabinet, I had to drill in some small screw holes on the shelf that holds the door magnet and some holes on the side panel. It worked perfectly! Now I have 2 night stand/bookshelves that have doors that open toward the bed for storage. This product was well made and inexpensive. It was well worth the price!

Before I purchased this cabinet, I measured all my cookbooks, and was delighted that they were all under the 10 inches deep that this cabinet states as its measurements. Problem is, it's not 10 inches deep, only the crown mould on the very top is. So I can't use the door on the bottom half, because it won't close with the cookbooks inside. Also, there's only one picture to go along with the add, and very little in the way of description, but I had figured there would be a shelf on the bottom half. Nope. It's drilled for a shelf, so you can take one from the top and use it there, but if you're wanting an additional shelf, you're out of luck. That's a pretty tall cabinet for no shelf, which equals a lot of wasted space. I gave it three stars because it's mostly hard wood, and it has a nice look to it, but I was pretty disappointed with the lack of detail/misrepresentation of the product,

Cheep hardware

For the price I paid for this the quality was not good. Some of the locking parts did not hold making the drawer sag. A couple of the pieces of wood were rough but it looks good once you get it together. Very hard to assemble. And I had someone who was good at assembling, they said the instructions weren't good.
