Good Product
This helped us. I modified the install due to the thickness of the wall. I cut a small hole in the right place after measuring multiple times. I used a piece of wood the right thickness, drilled my holes and installed with longer screws I purchased from the hardware store. This product is made very well for what it is. It also works very well. Someone can always saw the lever arm off but it's a great deterrent especially if you are home sleeping and have a little more time to react. Remember measuring is the most important during the install. This includes getting the right length screws if you need to modify. Once you figure it out it works flawless.

You better have some skills to install this lock.
This is a really nice high quality lock. Unfortunately you have to have some mechanical skills and tools to fit this lock. I had to build a multi step spacer to get it to fit over the door jam and the lip on the door. The other thing that you have to pay attention to is the clearance inside the door. My camper has 2 inch thick walls so the screws provided were too short from the start and I had to buy longer screws and cut them down to fit. The square stock that drives the lock was too short so I had to press pins out and manufacture new new ones. By the time it was all said and done I had used a table saw, band saw, drill press, and a plethora of other tools. I probably spent about six hours installing it for it to be right. If you decide to install this lock measure five times and cut once. This is an Arctic Fox fifth wheel and look closely at the thickness of the spacer.

Increased our T@B trailer security!
Very pleased with this door lock. It installed on our T@B trailer with no problem and gives us a more secure feeling at night. Also a great deterrent since it is visible from the outside.

Not just a straight bolt on for my RV.
Lock seems fairly solid. All metal. Had to make a flat 3/16" shim to put under the lock on the outside in order to clear the door frame and the edge of the door. Also had to purchase longer mounting screws. But the way I used aluminum flat stock to make the shim and sealed it with silicone. This made the lock fit near perfect. Word of advice be prepared to do some minor modifications in order for this to work properly.

Lock is very sturdy, works very well and was very easy to install. It will be an additional security feature in my RV. Very pleased with the fast and hassle free delivery from USA to Australia. Overall I am extremely happy.

good quality, difficult to install.make sure you have flat surface as bevelled makes it difficult. Also needed longer screws and they still dont fit firmly to the wall. Got the type of screws needed on Amazon. Would send locks back but now have holes in my wall so cant. They r good quality though
