Excellent paddle
Ok. This is an awesome paddle. Truly makes your game better. Great spin, good and snappy in the kitchen. Makes your game better. My game has improved by just switching to this paddle. Also I would have said excellent, excellent paddle, but I save that for the EX version. If you are starting out, spend the extra $100 and get this paddle. Totally worth it. I started with the Selkirk sub $100 paddles and that was a mistake.

Paddle was already damaged
I received my new paddle today, and it already has dent, scratch, and paint mark on the paddle. The scratched part has no carbon material on it, and paint mark has absorbed onto the surface. I have owned many paddles, but this is my first time getting defective paddle that cost over $200 dollars. How could they not noticed this spots when they were sending a new paddle? Even the paddle I have been using for 3 months doesn’t have any scratch or dent on the surface. Very disappointed.

Improved my game
I’m hitting the same shots as I was before, but I have way more control and power with this paddle. Easily went from a 3.5 to a 4.0 level.

The best in the Engage line of paddles
I recently purchased the the new Pursuit MX Pro standard weight paddle and it is definitely more than a notch above any other Engage Paddle I've ever used. First, it delivers power and affords control on the same order as the original and excellent Pursuit MX. However, what I find most compelling is the spin that it's T700 carbon face provides. It simply allows me to place a degree of spin on the ball that I've never been able to achieve with other carbon face paddles I own. (A friend who gave it a try said that given the spin he experienced he couldn't believe that it was "legal" for tournament play... which it is!) All in all the Pursuit MX Pro is a winner for Engage and it seems other reviewers share this sentiment. The paddle is a little pricey so whether it's a good "value" depends on what one needs and how much she/he wants to spend. But given that Engage provides a lifetime warranty I personally feel that it's worth the price.
