ASURION 2 Year Furniture Protection Plan ($200 - $249.99)

The plan itself is nice to have. However this is my second item buying Asurion for a product and each time including this I did not get an email confirmation. I got the email to rate the product but no email about the purchase of the product and what to do in event I need to use asurion.

I just completed the labor portion of putting the recliner together and am currently enjoying the fruits of those labors in my new recliner. I do find the chair very comfortable and find that my biggest concern when ordering this chair, the length when fully reclined sets bigger than the true length. I am very happy about that!! My only grip was the installation instructions but that is really not something that Amazon has full control of. The instructions are incomplete!!!

It will make a good chair or also used as a bed.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I contacted them about not receiving the conformation email and they responded right away.

Be careful purchasing extended warranties because no one wants to take accountability. I try to submit a claim through Asurion and they told me it was still under Amazon‘s warranty, so I try to submit a claim through Amazon, and Amazon told me I needed to submit a claim with Asurion since I purchased the extended warranty. Nearly one year later, we finally got Asurion to accept a claim, but it’s been almost 2 weeks and we still haven’t heard anything from them. This chair has been broken, and my elderly mom sat in it while it was falling. Thankfully, she was not injured, but it would have been bad news for this company if she was injured.

Amazing and very reliable. Solved my problem with ease in less than a day.

It came in a timely matter, it is low to ground (mind you I am almost 6ft) it would be probably be ideal for someone shorter. The cushion is relatively comfortable and the pullout bed part is surprisingly comfortable for a pullout bed (those who have dealt with pullouts especially with campers knows how uncomfortable they are). The only thing that I’d like differently would be the height off the ground but I planned on building a pallet to sit it on to fit my height a little better. It will work out for the purpose that I bought it for (having a place for my godkids to sleep when they sleep over, which was an air mattress before this)
