Does not seem wired with electrical outlets and such is missing from the description
Looking for a tiny home to put on some land, this does not meet the minimum requirements given its costs to be liveable. Add to that it can only withstand 70mph winds and seasonally in my area of the US, as in many areas of the US, our winds exceed that during Mesocyclones once being over 115mph in Arizona where I wish to place a tiny home, and that happened in metro Phoenix in '96.Thus I suggest anyone considering this think twice if you think it would be up to code especially given weather conditions where you live. I am a frequent Amazon consumer and rarely do I see a red flag when considering a purchase, and at this expense, I saw a red flag and did not continue the transaction.
