The actual metal brackets, wheels and bearings can withstand a good amount of weight. I'd guess around 600 pounds per skate but I'm just spitballing. **Q: I saw answers of another question clarifying that these skates were in men's sizes, so for women's, would I just go down one from my size?** A: I know that for regular shoe sizes, you usually go down two sizes in men's for women. So if you are a 10 in women's, you would be an 8 in men's. I have a pair of the Elite Alpha in size 10.
