If you like a firm pillow then this is for you, its a bit to firm for me sometimes,so i turn it over and use the memory foam size, but I've certainly not had any back, shoulder or neck pain since I started using this pillow. I suffer with trapped nerves in my shoulder, but not had any problems since using this pillow either, its also longer than a normal pillow, so will overhang your partners side of the bed, it takes a bit of getting used to, but overall its a great pillow, and has stopped many aches and pains. Worth the money.

I have suffered with neck pain for many years and tried all manner of things to help ease the pain- without any real success- until now!I have to say that this product is excellent.It takes a few days to get used to , as it's so different from a regular pillow, but once you do the benefits are worth the wait.Highly recommended.

I am using this about a week now. I feel comfortable. This is much better than conventional pillows.

I felt this was expensive for what it was, but it is really comfortable. And my sleep has been much improved.
