This unit is robust and well constructed. It was easily installed on the boundary fence of our property and receives all but the very largest parcels with ease

Seems fit for purpose, build is similar to a filing cabinet. It's a bit pricy but does take a large parcel and the parcel drawer is well designed to achieve this. Could it be more heavily built.. Yes. Will it serve the purpose, definitely. I'm looking at building it in so that will add to its security. So far it's not leaked but in high winds or very heavy rain something opening as this does will need extra protection. Simple solution for any run on door with water blown in as a mesh or mat on its floor and problem solved as any damp will exit via the floor bolt holes in the base. Happy with the purchase although as I said a heavier build would justify the price better and providing a mat for its base too. Build it as suggested and it's a 5 all the way.

Avoid this product unless you enjoy being a victim of identity fraud. Was originally very happy with the purchase as does the job of receiving parcels very well. However, very stupidly designed in that letters fall into the same compartment as the parcels. Therefore, opening the parcel flap allows access to the letters (I assume our post thief has long skinny arms or more likely some kind of grabber). We've not had any post for 2 1/2 weeks but spoke to the postman today who confirmed he has delivered post almost everyday. A very stupid design, I'm now having to pay money for a separate secure letterbox with instructions for the postman not to use this stupid parcel box. I'm very angry, it is very concerning knowing someone has been accessing your personal letters and statements so easily. Avoid!

Really quick delivery excellent communication and packaging. Haven't missed any parcels since I have easily installed.

Installation went well, I bolted it to a substantial concrete base. First receipt of post - wet through. It appears that the water runs into the post box and drips off the top inner flange of the rear door. So I have had to seal this door up. Some water also gets in over the front door so I added additional seal - which helps. The design does allow grabber access to your post so beware. I have HD CCTV which reduces the risk a little. Needs a redesign I think to increase security. I will have to add my own mods to reduce accessibility, so unless you are diy savvy I would look elsewhere for a more secure post /delivery box.

We have used it for all the mail & parcels that we receive, safe in the knowledge that our post will be delivered and be secure, upon our return home. No more visits to centre, post offices or missed you cards. Great for people with busy work lives.

La caja llegó antes de tiempo y el embalaje exterior muy bien. Aquí es donde se vuelve negativo. Cuando lo desempaqué, uno de los remaches que sujetan la abertura de las cajas se ha omitido en la fabricación o se ha roto. Tendré que arreglar esto. La pintura/recubrimiento sobre el metal no es de muy buena calidad. Esto no es un problema para mí, ya que estoy instalando a través de la pared en un área cubierta. Agregaré a esta revisión cuando la caja esté en uso.

Vraiment très satisfait dans l'ensemble ! Gros volume, semble solide, facile à placer, plusieurs types de fixations sécurisés, ouvertures avant ou arrière, esthétiquement ok, ... 2 petits points à savoir : Dommage que la partie "lettres et courriers" ne retienne pas les papiers dans la partie supérieure de manière à ce que ça ne tombe pas dans le fond. L'image peut porter à confusion. Un modèle avec ouverture par code serait un gros + car de nos jours de moins en moins de personnes ont un trousseau de clés sur eux (encombrant, souci en cas de perte, ...)

Malgres le carton en extérieur impeccable, l'un des coins de ma boîte est cabossé. Elle a donc était emballé avec ce coup. Au vu du prix je suis très déçu.
