Cole HaanMen's Pinch Tassel Loafer

The shoes arrived fast and are very nice. They are a bit uncomfortable at the beginning but after few wears they should be good.

First, the 3 stars is because of the style and fit (Cole Haan shoes fit me very well, and this is a classic versatile loafer), with the quality I would give them a 2 at most. Note: the burgundy is so dark it is almost black. These also look like they're patent leather, almost fake leather. I have these in both burgundy (This review) and black. I had to send these back in both colors 3 times (A total of 6 pairs of shoes). There were defects to the leather sole (Leather buckling, and the layers of the sole coming off) and major imperfections in the finish (Like bubbles in the spayed on finish, and clear light spots the size of a silver dollar). Finally received a pair that I thought was up to standard. While polishing them (I like a soft luster not a high patent leather military style shine on my burgundy/cordovan shoes), I saw what I thought was a mark on the top I didn't notice when I inspected this 3rd replacement pair, I tried to buff it out, but it took the shoe's finish down to the light colored leather - too late to return now. Also, the high shine finish, doesn't really allow your standard Kiwi shoe polish to stick, so the shoes were left a little streaky (I've been polishing my shoes for 40 years and have never had this problem), even finishing with a buff cloth, the shoes look don't look professional. I will probably take these to be shined by a professional (I've never needed to do this) to see if he/she can make them look better. So, buyer beware - if you really like the look, and the fit and you think you can accept the lower quality of the shoes I would recommend these.

These are great, complements every time I wear them … just ordered a second pair. These look luxe…

I was looking for the Pinched Buckel but can't find it, so I opted for this; good shoe but needs to be streached as the fit is abit narrow.
