What can I say, it's made by Intenze and distributed from them. It's better than witch hazel or distilled water by leaps and bounds. And a bottle goes a long way

i ordered the 12 oz bottle of this shading solution and was really excited to try it out, it came and the top wasn't tight so some of it leaked out so i threw it away and thought ill try it again, i ordered the 4 oz one and it has black stuff floating in it, all the good reviews had me really wanting to try it out but 2 bad experiences in a row ill just keep mixing my own
