Would of been a great costume but the lights in the eyes didn't work due to broken wiring also the mask had a large rip in it

I have contacted yourselves about 1 of the eyes not lighting up and no one has got back to me really bad customer service, I have one disappointed little boy

Cute costume - 5 stars for appearance of what actually came. Does NOT come with the cool-looking wand/cane shown. As another reviewer noted, the glowing eyes are right over the eye holes. I honestly think it wouldn’t look as good if they weren’t but it does reduce vision. Bought based on size chart, it’s roomy enough for thermal wear underneath, a big plus for skinny kids needing insulation.I was unhappy that it almost didn’t get here for Halloween after seller didn’t ship on time (delayed from estimate, arrived half an hour before trick or treating on 10/31). Unnecessary angst over whether the 10 year old would have his costume.
