The media could not be loaded.  I live in LA and the water here is terrible. I had to buy bottles of water every week and carry them home. I am glad I came along this product and gave it a try. The machine is not huge. The water tank is very portable. The whole thing fits onto my kitchen counter. I just need to refill water every time the water tank is empty. The user manual is very easy to understand as well. Water coming out from this filter taste just like the bottle water. I test it with my water tester. It decreased the ppm from 300+ to around 20-30 ppm. The video says it all. Very good product!

Update on this system. It constantly tells me to change the water even when I just did. It will not give me any water until I do. I have been forced to unplug it to reset it so the darn thing will filter more water for me. It is maddening. The booklet that came with it is very generic and no help at all. Please do not buy this unit, it is not worth the money.The water tastes really amazing. The set up was pretty easy and maintenance is a breeze. I do however have an issue with it telling me to change the water even after I have cleaned and replaced the reservoir. Any advice on how to stop this irritating flashing light would be greatly appreciated. It has become part of my daily life and I am glad I purchased it.

In short, we ended up returning this due to the unknown quality and lifecycle of the filter this one uses.We have the traditional under sink solution at home with a water tank. Due to some reason, we were not able to install the waste water in our drain line and had to use a bucket to collect all the waste water and drain them manually. So we thought of changing.I bought this one hoping this would be an easier solution and in most ways it does. It is easy to use and gave us good water. Only one thing I feel inconvenient was that the water tank is located in the back of the machine and you take the clean water from front -- which makes placing this filter tricky. You'll need to place it in a place you can reach both sides.And using it for about a week I did some research on this. So the difference between those filters that does not require power (they use the pressure coming from you water line) and filters using electric pump was the lifetime of your filter. Filters are basically the most expensive piece that need to be replaced over time. If water is expensive it make sense to re-filter waste water at a cost of your filter life. But if water is relatively cheap, the cost of switching filter more frequently does not make up the economy of this thing. That's the main reason we ended up returning.This filter is also tankless comparing to some other under sink solutions. Both tankless and tank solution have their own pros and cons. That's why a flushing mechanism is included in this filter.Overall if you only have <3 people in the house and don't drink much water, this could be the filter for you.

I’m beginning to realize we can no longer depend on safe drinking water directly from our faucets, so I purchased this and I’m satisfied that it’s performance is good and I can rely on the water now!

I moved to village Glasford, IL. Unfortunately I didn't know town water was extremely horrible tasting 😫 !!!!!! Whole town has to buy bottle water or fill 1 gallon jug for $0.50, so I had to find a cheaper and easier way to get water. This filter WORKS GREAT 👍 now I can use sink water to fill it.

The media could not be loaded.  It is a nice filter. Did the job for about 60 days after that started making loud noises. See attached video. It did that for a couple of weeks and then stopped filtering water. Contacted company via multiple means - Amazon message and through their website. No response from seller. Finally, Amazon customer servuce stepped up and I was able to return this unit.12 month warranty is a scam. There is no way to contact the manufacturer to claim the warranty.

I don't understand how this thing works. There are two chambers in the raw water tank. Near the top, they are not separated, so when you fill the tank to the full mark, both chambers are full, even if you just run the water into one of the chambers, because the water will spill over into the other chamber. But the machine only uses water from one of the chambers. The other chamber always full up to the point where the chambers are open to each other, near the top. That water is wasted. So I tried filling only the chamber that is used for filtering, as full as I could get it without it spilling over into the other chamber. As soon as the filtering process began, water was pumped from the full chamber into the empty one through the bottom, so only part of the water I put in was filtered. The rest was again wasted. The manual says nothing about this. I contacted the company through their website and asked about this. The reply I received stated that the other chamber was for "waste water". I don't understand that. So I'm not really happy with the filter.

The fact that there is no need to install is perfect for me. I have always used another brand of water filter, and the filtered water always has a smell that I don’t like. With the mentality of giving it a try, I changed this water filter. Unexpectedly, the filtered water had no peculiar smell. I think this point for me is very important. This filter is so perfect for me.
