Royal Doulton Pacific 40009459 Mug 400ml Blue Dots Porcelain

I got this to rotate with another mug I bought from the collection. I bought the old one a while ago at a lower price from a shop. The new one matches the shape of the older mug almost exactly. Both have a handmade feel to them with the same handle and ridges on the body. The dot design is lovely and it’s glazed well. It was well packaged and arrived safely. Thanks!

Lovely to drink from , not thick rimmed but sturdy

Bought these beautiful mugs for friends who were leaving to go back to Germany to live. I thought they would be nice to have some good English pottery to remind them of England .

These are lovely mugs, solid, and a beautiful pattern. But there are 3 things that annoy me: 1: that the handles are made from two pieces moulded together and none of them are smooth - you can tell its two pieces. The handles are all at slightly different angles, meaning the mugs look like seconds. Also there is a substantial dip on the underside of the mig which fills up with water if you put them in the dishwasher - really annoying when everything else comes out dry! And thirdly, you need to drink your drink very quickly to stop it going cold! The size and shape of these mugs means drknks dont stay hot for long

Replaced our current selection of mugs for these after using some the same. Much easier to hold, feel very stable. They hold a very reasonable amount of liquid. Eady to clean as the mug is big enough to get your hand inside. All round, happy with the purchase. Will now buy more items of this range.

Solves the old tea dilemma, one cup is never enough but two is too many. These are such a nice size, really good if you like extra froth on your cappuccino. There's a nice range of plates and bowls in the same pattern all around similar prices so will likely look at getting more in this pattern. At the time I brought these the set was £45 and single mugs about a tenner so really god price too.

I like everything about these mugs…. Perfect size and I really love the design.
