Core Balance Boards for Adults, Surf Board Trainer with Roller,Board Balancing for Exercise,Hockey,Snowboard,Skateboard

I picked up my board several weeks ago and have been using it daily, even if only 5 minutes. The board is sturdy as is the nice cork roller. I use mine in the garage on a rubber mat and that works great. After 3 weeks my best time is 13 minutes. Our family had a balance board years ago and I remember how much fun it was, and this board did not disappoint. As we get older balance and core strength become more important, and at 54 I don't plan to ever be without a balance board. And most importantly of all, they are a lot of fun! My wife thought I was crazy and going to fall. After several days, she started asking to try it and now does it on her own. I consider this a great investment toward my future health.

This was a birthday gift for my 10yr old budding ice hockey player. He absolutely loves it. Uses it with his stick and without. He got the hang of it with just a little practice. He often pulls it out to do while watching TV (score!! - active watching!). Very happy with the quality. So pleased.

Fantastic! Very stable and solid... turns out that it’s ME that’s getting more wobbly with age! Takes a little practice at first (I'd recommend holding onto something at first) but once you find your rhythm, it’s a very cool! Great for legs and core! The board itself is very solid with a great gripping surface and the log is very stable and grippy, as well.I bought this because as I hit 50, I have to focus on my core...but I don’t. This is an easy way to do that if you’re decently coordinated. Honestly, though...you could put a hard pillow under and it would work fine at the beginning.Great product. Shipped well. For me, I freakin love it!

I had a previous balance board that was plastic and worked okay, but I was always worried about whether it would scratch the floor. I saw this for sale and felt that it was a little expensive. When I read reviews, I decided to give it a try. When I say that the quality is SUPERB, I am being so honest. The balance board itself is made with such quality wood. The cork that the board balances on is such high quality as well. My wife is happy because we don't have to worry about it scratching the floors. Worth every penny!

I'm an older man who is trying to improve his balance so i can skateboard and play with my daughter. This thing is exactly what it appears to be, its a very stiff, well made device. There is really nothing to it, you just stand on it and try not to fall off. Those who already have great balance can do the things shown in the guide, such as stretching while balancing. The cork roller works great, and doesn't leave marks or shed debris. My only very minor complaint is the slip resistant surface that is applied to the black one is surprisingly slippery! I'd suggest buying the bare one and appling skateboard slip resistant surface yourself.

This is so much fun, my husband and I use it almost daily!! The only thing is that its not very kid friendly since you cannot adjust the stoppers on either end.

This balance board is a bit smaller than what I've used previously, but still is so much fun, a great workout and I actually love how compact it is for travel. It even came in a nice carrying case!

The board feels sturdy. It offers a few positions for the optional rail guards.It has been fun learning to control it and I feel it transfers to surfing and skateboarding.
