Pros:-really easy to assemble-looks: simple elegant and professional-budget friendly- has most of the features you would want from an office chair; adjustable height, headrest, flip up armrest, comfy cushion for your 🍑Cons:- the angle of the back is adjustable to some degree, however it doesn’t have a high degree of adjustability and it won’t hold back ( some more expensive chair have a lever to adjust the angle of the back rest, and you can lock it at a certain angle)- I’ve experienced this for many office chair, perhaps it is just me, by the head rest for me is a slightly bit too back for me to rest my head comfortably. You can adjust the angle of the head rest but not the distance to put it slightly forward. ( I just bought one of those car headrest and attached it to the headrest of the chair )All in all, if your on a budget and are looking for a reliable office chair, that is comfy and does the job for for this one.

The chair came in parts in one box, where all parts were securely stored and wrapped. Assembly is pretty easy, only thing to keep in mind is the different lengths of screws to use wherePros:- The chair itself is pretty comfortable- As a person with a larger than average body frame, there's plenty of room on both sides- The arm rests can fold up so you can move them out of the way should you wish to store the chair partially underneath your desk when not sitting on it- The headrest can be rotated to align against your body postureCons:- The chair does wobble a bit on where the pole connects to the seating part (though it hasn't come off yet)- The headrest although you can rotate it, extending its height is limited. So if you are a taller person or your upper body is taller, this part may not of use to you- There are covers on the chair which hide elements like screws. As you move about on the chair and the chair itself is in frequent motion, these may come off over time. Easy to put back on, or if you don't mind the look just keep them offAll in all, a chair that does the job, is comfortable for long periods of time and quite reasonably priced. However for the price don't expect a premium quality and finish, with all the bells and whistles

Very comfortable and simple to assemble. Good for the back and for long sitting hours.

After a month of daily use (3-4 hours a day) multiple issues have come to light.1. Assembly was difficult due to poorly aligned mounting holes.2. When sat on the chair with the locking bar supposedly stopping the chair from rocking back, nothing stops the front of the chair from lifting up and it continues to lean back until you're pretty much in the reclined seating position.3. The locking bar occasionally working itself free and launching you backwards and almost out of the chair. Scares the life out of you!4. Due to the above 2 reasons you end up sitting on the front of the chair and generally the cushion isn't comfortable but the front seems to have the least amount of padding.5. The tiny caps to cover the screw and bolt holes always falling out. I ended up just super gluing them all in place.The only thing this chair has going for it is the headrest.

I work from home and game alot so spend alot of time in the chair. It lasted 9 months before the plastic around the wheels weakened. Prior to this the base became wobbly from the wear around the screws. This chair is fine for a spare room or infrequently used office but not good for everyday use.

Overall, the chair is a bargain for the price and provides a high level of comfort for anyone of-whom needs extra support for lower back pain.I personally had a minor piece of damage and had the head-rest broken in transit. However, the customer service was understanding and dealt with the problem brilliantly. I provided evidence to ensure that this was not just me being pedantic.It looks fantastic and it is quiet compared to previous chairs, but is not the quietist chair, but this is expected as it is plastic and metal therefore there will be noise.The chair is comfortable and does the job for the price.
