Apply the included mini Behind the Scenes Eye Primer all over eyelids. Then, using the included double-ended eyeshadow brush, apply PRO eyeshadows to eyelids. To use the shadows wet, dampen the brush first.

Good quality eyeshadow
Good quality eyeshadow! Pastels are hard to make normally and those are great. Did a rainbow look and my boyfriend complemented me.

Decent palette
It's actually a pretty nice palette and most the colors are decently pigmented (if you use the primer first); some do need layering though. It's just a very small amount product for the money you pay. Foe the most part I like the palette though

My new favourite
I absolutely love this palette from Lorac, the selection of pastel colours is perfectly suited to my fair complexion, and the packaging is stunning. I love that it comes with a mini eyeshadow primer and double ended brush too!
