Severely lacking easy-to-follow instructions, including how & why to use different modes, length of time, materials/lotions/serum - what and where to get. No indication of any customer support or any way to contact the manufacturer.

I am updating this review because I ended up not returning the machine despite my unsuccessful attempt to obtain clearer use instructions and I do find it to be a pretty well functioning machine thus far. It works well and the multiple functions are helpful to have. I am unsure if it actually makes a difference but it does bring blood flow to the face a little more after using it and sometimes even the next day. However, that said, their customer service needs work. The instructions about how often to use it (not just the individual settings but as a whole) were unclear and when I sought clarity as to frequency of use (for ex., could certain settings could be used on the same location on the same day?) I had to contact Amazon to contact the seller because the seller, toetalk, did not provide a contact email or number in its manual despite urging customers to contact them with questions and did not answer the public question I posted on its amazon page, and finally, their response to me was exactly: “follow the instructions.” Due to the lack of clarity and lack of willingness to help, I started the return process but ended up keeping it because of timing. So I wanted to update the review. I will say the overall presentation and packaging was nice which is why I expected a little more from customer service.Recently however I was contacted by the owner twice in one day urging me to delete my review which I also didn’t think was very professional (mostly because she followed up before I even had a chance to read and respond). But I am updating nevertheless since I already had decided to do so prior to her email.
