Kiara Sky Long Lasting Nail Dip Powder Red Tones 1 oz, Danger

I love Kiara Sky dip powders. I often go 3 weeks with the same set. I have several of their dip powder colors, and use the 1-6 bottles to do a set. This red color “Danger” is the perfect red for spring and summer, but I’d honestly wear it in the fall and winter as well! I do a medium length almond shape on my nails, and 3 coats of the powder so it doesn’t break. 2 coats was still sheer on this color, if you like that, then add a 3rd layer of clear dip powder to keep the set sheer but strong.

I cannot attest to much of anything because I have not used it. The powder is pink in the jar, I hate pink, I thought I was ordering red. The color this actually is I am not likely to use. The fireball color is not red, it's pink. It is not their fault it looks red as I have tried to take pictures to share with people and it shows up red. This is my first ks product so I really can't attest to much of anything other than the actual color is not what you see in the picture. If you want red do not order this color, if you like deep rich pink, this is for you.

I have been doing my own dip nails for about 6 months and I am EVEN MORE happy with them than when I used to pay almost 80 bucks for a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure at the salon! Don’t get me wrong love the salon and the pampering but this is so much more cost effective. I learned with a little time, practice, and patience the results are remarkable!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND starting with a clear base, dip about 2-3 times with the glitter and then incapsule (this will keep the glitter in place) then one final time dip your nails in a clear dip powder top coat, apply activator, buff, file, and then I apply another layer of activator, and lastly two coats of top coat. I wanted a beautiful wine red dip color for fall without having to purchase a full color set and found this! The powder is super fine, comes in a large container so dipping is easy, and went on really well. The color was a little darker than I expected, but I came to love it and now I'm obsessed. It's bright red and sparkly in the sun and a lovely dark red wine in any other lighting. 5 stars.HOWEVER... 4-7 days later it's chipped on the tips of almost every nail. I wish I took a photo. I usually use GH dip colors and they would last without chipping for 10-18 days! I truly didn't even know dip powder could chip like this... I did 2 coats, next time I'll try 3. 2 stars on longevity. But man does that gorgeous color make it worth it!

I’m not sure what happened here. The bottle came in a little plastic bag but there was product all over the inside. The bottle seemed to be sealed with a small piece of tape so not sure how it got all over the place but it caused me to lose some of the product. My hands also got stained.

I love this product. I got the color in bloom because it appeared to be a very dark pink almost red powder. I've used multiple kiara sky powders and know they tend to go darker than the powder when you apply them. This turned out to be a good every day red or paired with a green or gold glitter accent nail a perfect Christmas red. This color does NOT have glitter or any sparkle to it though. I thought it had sparkles in it based on photos I had googled and saw on the reviews. That coupled with the ugly double sticker that was on it is why it got 4 stars. I like a nice clean container not one that is covered in stickers and therefore glue when you take the stickers off.My other nails are a mess but had to try this powder out as soon as I got it to make sure it was the one I needed. The blanket is red and as you can see they are a pretty close match. The other color is spellbound.

I thought this was going to be a brown of some sort. its more of a dark red thats filled with bright sparkles. love it though.
