Having tried so many pre workouts in the past this is my go to. Really packs a punch. Lemon is my fav. Would like to see more varied flavour options.

I’ve tried a LOT of pre-workouts over the years, but this Tutti Frutti flavor from C4 is hands down the worst-tasting one I’ve ever had. I genuinely don’t know how this made it past quality control. It’s not just bad it’s undrinkable. No matter how much water I added (way more than the recommended amount), the taste stayed absolutely vile. It has this weird, almost slimy texture like drinking flavored psyllium husk or some kind of dissolving fiber supplement. It's thick, gritty, and just sits in your mouth in the most unpleasant way. I couldn’t even finish half the scoop. I tried it a few times thinking maybe I was just having an off day but nope. Every time, same reaction: gag-worthy. Save your money. There are way better flavors and preworkouts out there that actually taste like what they say on the label and don’t feel like punishment to drink.

Don't get me wrong this product gets me in the mood to train, but doesn't give me strength, I believe this is because it doesn't contain malate in it or creatine. It has L-citruline but not the combination with malate which will also have made it fizzy/spicy/sour kinda flavour. Lemon is decent but chemical aftertaste, I have tried bubblgum too, that is way worse flavour, lemon is so much better than bubble gum, I could not stomach bubble gum, and to be fair these are best mixed with creatine/malate supplementation I used one that changes the flavour adds a kick to it so makes it edible and more appealing. I took 2 stars off because on it's' own these have a really sickly nasty chemical stale after taste, and 700ml recommened dose 25.4g is hard to measure and stomach. I prefer the half dose of 1 scoop 12.7g for 150mg caffeine, mixed in with something that tastes nice, and decent hit of the rest and then it lasts 40 days that way making it worth 30 quid for buying bubblegum, and 22 quid for lemon version on offer. Also it doesn't taste sour/fizzy and doesn't have malate in it. P.S Although it's a decent pre-workout as it gets me in the mood, the full dose gave me headaches and dizziness. The red skin/pins n needles you get/feel over your body is beta-alanine which eventually disappears, it is an amino acid that helps to improve physical performance, and a few other things for the body, unfortunately there's no good evidence to support this ingredient from what I've learned over the years. If anything the itchy feeling makes me want to move my body, this maybe psychological. So if you don't want your full body to itch, look for something without beta-alanine, but if you can bare it, eventually your body gets used to it and you don't feel anything. Tested on myself for years of training, I get used to the dosage level and no longer feel beta-alanine effects, but stopping it for months and then taking it again I feel the itchy feeling again.

Der C4 Ultimate bringt bei mir enorm viel Ausdauer und mehr Leistung.Gerade beim Laufen schaffe ich dadurch die selben Strecken in kürzerer Zeit und kann sogar noch ein paar Kilometer anhängen.Bei meinem Muskelaufbautraining ist auch deutlich mehr Leistung und Durchhaltevermögen da.Was mich wiederum veranlasst das ich mich mehr reinhänge.TOP!!! Die Geschmackrichtung Cosmic Rainbow (Red Berry's) erinnert mich geschmacklich an eine rote Fruchtgummimischung.Der Geschmack ist sehr süß.Ich habe allerdings 0,5l Wasser anstatt der empfohlenen 0,7l genommen.Für mich gehören die C4 Booster zu den besten um meine Ausdauer richtig zu kicken. Daher gibt es von mir eine Kaufempfehlung und beide Daumen nach oben.
