Just as described, great fit with a couple extra inches to work with as I’d hoped (table is actually 31” wide”. Snug fit. I don’t care about the wrinkles but it comes with instructions on how to relax them out. I’ll probably buy an extra!

Farmhouse Table Lovers fear not this is your answer. I have a large Farmhouse table with grooves in it and crumbs were constantly falling into them and they are a pain to get out. A regular tablecloth just didn't cut it I have big men in my family, and they aren't too graceful and then I came across this fitted tablecloth and thought that is just genius. I bought the larges size, and it fits perfectly and it is so easy to put on, much easier than a fitted sheet if you know what I mean? It's very light weight it is water resistant; I found out the other day when I spilled a glass of tea, the liquid just bubbled up. As far as Table use goes I couldn't be happier it has been washed several times and dried in the dryer and has not shrunk at all. I bought a black one and then color as remained true, and I plan on buying another color real soon.

El mantel se despinta con mucha facilidad, no lo recomiendo si tu intención es usarlo mucho tiempo. Por otro lado el material si proteje la mesa de liquidos y manchas

I intended this for outdoor use, and it is not UV protected whatsoever. Very disappointed with that but very happy with the elastic around it, but it is very thin quality.

This does a great job of protecting my oak table when my club plays mahjong on it. It also cuts down on noise when the tiles are shuffled. It works so well I ordered a round one as well as another square one! It really makes the table look completely put together! Several of my mahjong friends purchased them to have when we play at their house!
