I was on these and then forgot to take them for a week. In the week I went off of them, I got a terrible rash on my face and back. I can't prove that it is inter-related, because there were other new things, too, but as soon as I went back on them, the rash went away. I think they are very powerful for skin health, gut health and hormone regulation.

Like another reviewer here, I had an immediate hormonal response to this supplement. Daily headaches, breast tenderness, extreme moodiness and a lot of water retention. With some supplements you need to go through that to get to the healing, but I don't know if I will. My body had this same response when I took evening primrose oil years ago. I do well with chaste berry though. I bought this for liver health and to see if it would help my skin heal better. I might try lowering my dose and see how that goes. Love standard process as a company and this just shows that supplements are not just placebos.
