Love that you don't need an app to use this!
I have afib and needed a no nonsense way of tracking my heartrate. This watch was perfect. It doesn't require an app to work and it was in line with my manual count. It is easy to change the time on. We recently went on a trip to South America and had to change the time zones 7 times. It was very easy to change the time. You can upload an app and see your steps, heart beat, etc. on your phone, but it was easy enough to just look at the watch without all the fuss. I love it!

Very nice as stand alone watch
This was purchased for my wife as a stand alone watch, unconnected to a smartphone, as it was mentioned this was possible in the product information. In the 3 weeks of use so far, it has done an excellent job of keeping time, tracking heart rate, tracking sleep patterns, and normal walking steps. Bear in mind, it and most other watches of this sort track arm movements to calculate steps, so pushing a cart or movement without arm use is not counted. It is easy to read, and battery life when unconnected is great, with the first recharge done at 14 days with it still having 18% charge left. I'm sure having it paired to a cell phone would reduce that depending on usage. I can't really comment on it's paired usage, so I'll leave that to others. If we get a decent service life out of it, it will have been a great purchase. I'm actually considering one for myself in the future, if I can break my habit of cheap Walmart watches.

Pedometer is horrible
As the title says this thing is horrible if you're wanting to count steps. Worn it for a week & half the time it doesn't count the steps. When it does count steps the "miles walked" is laughable. Walking 2400 steps says I've walked 5miles. If I walk from the couch to the bathroom & back it adds a mile. Go for quality, pay a little more, wouldn't recommend this one.
