Q: Why is your customer service so awful? Why wont you keep promises, return calls or emails?

I've had the same issue. No customer service whatsoever. Happy faces on videos but no one answers emails or phone calls. I have recurring charges that I didn't authorize. Guess I'll have to take legal action.

Q: Is there metal inside, or foam or cardboard? I like in. Abumid climate where foam and cardboard will mold very quickly.

I live in MS where it is very humid too and I’ve never had a problem with it molding. I do store it in a climate controlled area though after use outside, I wipe it down after each use with a clean damp cloth and then make sure it is dry before I put it away. It hasn’t worn out so I’m not sure about the interior construction material.
