I have knee issues and use this product often. This pattern is not very visible against my skin tone and I can wear it even when wearing a skirt without being too obvious.I can wear this for multiple hours - I can even swim / shower and it will stay on.

I love this stuff! I use it for my arthritis pain, swelling. Sometimes I need something more but other times it's just enough!

I started wearing these KT tapes when I ran longer distances. I never understood how they worked, but they definitely ease/rid any pain in my legs. ****Be sure to edit the color you order. I thought I ordered black but received this light tan color. Great quality & will buy again!

Good product, better than the more expensive brands but does peel up on the edges. No rash or skin irritation (any I have very sensitive skin)

I love it it helps my knees when they hurt and i dont have to use my sleeves to walk around in the house. I also use it under my sleeves when I go to exercise 3 times a week. I has made a big difference on my knees.

Much cheaper than tape bought in a well-known chemist, and just as good. The range of colours is really funky - I had many comments about the shocking Kinesiology tape. It stays on for a few days and still sticks after several showers. Impressive for the price.

It's not as good as ROCK TAPE, but for the price it's ok.
