Items were advertised in box, they didn't arrive like that, just thrown into a plastic bag, also the quality and feel don't feel as advertised either, they feel plastic

Nice tips but pre-chalked? Really?
Individual tips come pre-chalked so you have to clean the bases well before the glue will adhere properly. Otherwise these tips are fine - nice quality. Probably better for pool than snooker due to their depth though.
