Good Tank, Good Price
This 20 lb. propane tank is just what you'd expect, the built in quantity indicator is a great feature and the main reason I didn't just go to a local store and buy one, I've never seen one locally with the built in gauge. You can get the add-on indicators but they are about $20.00 and you need to open the tank valve to read them and depending on how it's hooked up that may not be possible. With the built in gauge it reads all of the time so you save that step. I bought this mainly for a Mr. Heater Big Buddy space heater along with the 12 ft. hose and regular and it works just fine, should save a lot of money (in time) over paying about $3.00 each for the 1 lb. disposable bottles, it cost me $12.50 to get this tank purged and filled and this tank will last as long as 20 of the one pounders, do the math.

The ONLY 20lb cylinder to have
My new to me camper came to me with one of these tanks. The accurate legit fuel gage is a game changer. (The add-on things sold for a few bucks I believe read pressure and are totally inaccurate.)This is a real float fuel gage exactly as in your car. You know exactly where you stand when starting to cook or heading out on your camping trip. This is the only tank I will buy going forward. The few extra bucks are totally worth it .Otherwise these seemsl to be a very high quality cylinder.

No purgie issues
Took all three of my new tanks down to U-Haul to have them filled. I told the guy filling them that they may or may not have been purged. He checked them out and advised they were in fact already purged and promptly filled them with 4.34 gallons of LP each. (13 gallons total for three tanks or about 18.4 pounds of propane each) Since he's been doing this for several years and the tanks operate fine I can assume that whatever issue they had with purging is in the past. The gauges also work flawlessly, slowly going from reading empty to full while filling. All in all an excellent buy!

Best Design Yet
I've owned many propane tanks over the years. Now that I have a duel fuel invertor/generator I want to get a new tank for backup. These sure have gone up in price since I shopped for them last. This one looks to be top-notch quality. My purge sticker says its been prepurged at the factory. It will do...

Great Tank. Bought Two.
I've used this propane tank on my grill for 9 months and am very pleased with it. No muss; no fuss; no leaks. Especially like the fill-gauge so I always know whether I have enough fuel to get thru a grilling session.Wanted a spare tank and found this identical one at Costco in Orlando (early June 2016) with a sell price of about $26.00 plus tax. Great buy for a great tank.Ace Hardware in my area fills them to 20 pounds, after doing the purge on a new tank, and charges $13.00 plus tax. A good deal. All in all I like the safety assurance of owning my own tanks rather than taking the luck of the draw from 7-11 or the big box stores.

Good replacement
The propane bottle that came with my Weber grill is way past the expiration date so it was time for a replacement before the gas station guy started refusing to refill it.So far this tank has worked fine. No problems. I get almost a full season of regular grilling out of a tank. I have two so I only need refills once a year at most.Bottle seems t be of very good quality. No problems. No complaints.

⚠WARNING..... EXPLOSION HAZARD DUE TO MISSING INNER FILL RING.... REMEMBER THIS IS A HIGH PRESSURE PRESSURE FUEL.
WARNING WARNING..... I ordered 3 replacement tanks. Two were fine which I would rate a 5-star. But one, which I never noticed HAD ITS INNER FILL RING MISSING AND COVERED THE WHOLE AREA IN PROPANE FILL AREA. BE CAREFUL IF YOU PURCHASE ONE OF THESE TANKS AND CHECK THE INLET FILL TO MAKE SURE THE WASHER IS THERE TO PREVENT AN EXPLOSION !!!!AMAZON SHOULD HAVE THE RESPONCEABLTY TO REPORT THIS TO CPSC AND STOP SELLING UNTIL THEIR INVENTORY IS EXHUSED AND AN INSPECTION OF THE FIRMS QUALITY CONTROL. THIS IS A POSSIBLE EXPLOSION, BURN AND DEATH HAZARD.Answer: I'm not saying these propane tanks are bad or how they work if everything is there. What I'm saying I received one WITHOUT A GASGET RUBBER RING INSIDE THE FILL NOZZLE. WITHOUT THIS RING, EITHER FILLING AND USING IT, PROPANE IS GOING EVERYWHERE BECAUSE THE RING DID NOT SEAL AND POSSIBLY EXPLODE IF A FIRE SORSE HITS THE VAPOR GAS. AND NO, YOU CANNOT RETURN IT BECAUSE OF HAZ MAT RULES.I DON'T TO SEE ANYONE GET HURT, BURNED OR KILLED. THAT'S WHY I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY AMAZON DOESN'T STOP SELLING THEM AND REPORT THIS TO THE MFG BECAUSE OF STAR RATINGS AND CPSC TO RECALL THEM. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK INTO FILL VALVE AND YOU CAN SEE A BLACK RING IN THE BACK OF THE BRASS VALVE. If IT'S THERE, you should be fine. If any gas escapes, turn it off and contact amazon. They get angry when you give low scores and rarely post them.

Good price, and great to have the gauge
Good price, and great to have the gauge. Here is some info to hopefully help others that I wrote as a comment to a question:"Tanks that will be shipped generally are not pre-purged. Often times they are filled with a neutral gas to compensate for the pressure changes related to shipping, and to ensure the inside of the tank does not rust. The Flame King rep below says all NEW tanks are purged which was not the case with the one I received. Cost me $5 to have it purged at AmeriGas in North Las Vegas, NV and $17 to fill. Purging a tank with propane, and then shipping with propane vapors inside it would make for a Hazmat shipment. The bottle states re-certification needs to be done every 10 years as well."
