These patches are really easy to use and work well all natural ingredients and no after effects

worst product i have paid for
i ordered these patches to see if they would help like other brands i have tried have but it was the biggest waste of money ever 2 days running i did exactly as the instructions stated, and each time the patches just peeled off with in 5 minuets ,they are not very fragrant ,and they are ugly to look at.i dont even want to rate these a 1 star they are that bad

They help to calm me at night
To the person who asked me last week sometime to answer a question about the melatonin level of these patches, it is 3 MG of content. But they may not work for you as you will see from previous reviews they do not work for everyone. although they work very well for me.

A Good Sleep Aid
Easy to use stick on patches. I put one on about half an hour before going to bed which helps me get to sleep. I find one patch works for me. Wake in the morning refreshed, peel off the patch and go about your business with no drowsy effects.
