I don't normally write reviews but I had to on this one as it frustrated me too much not to. I bought two of these cameras just a month or two ago and while I could not get them to connect to the LAN they did work in WiFi and are actually good cameras when they work. I have since bought 3 different ones and can get none of them to connect to the wifi. I see that an update was done to the app the beginning of the month so maybe that messed something up. I did get one to connect to LAN after doing what seemed to be 10 steps. However still no wifi and where I need this camera I have no cable run. So buyer beware if you get this camera.

I purchased this camera to replace a dome non ptz non smart camera at my front door. And its worked out great. I received camera installed the Seetong mobil app and bench tested absolutely easy and no problems. It then took me a minute to add it to my NVR system. Its got to be one of if not the most hassle free camera to to add to my surveillance system. The Seetong mobil app interface with camera is great. The app matched with this camera lets you see all camera information, view and change all camera settings, and there are many, making this camera very easily customized to individual preferences and or needs. I highly recomend and am planning on upgrading my other static cameras as needed with this 5mp ptz it just makes sense. Same price point as non ptz, Even if you dont use ptz or smart tracking etc.(but why wouldn't you) Also what an easy mounting system either wall or ceiling, waterproof cable connection. And with ptz makes almost infinite adjustment of camera view if replacing a static camera. SD card slot and reset are easily accessible. I would recomend this camera for tracking and ptz but also for where you might want a static type application.

The quality of this affordable camera, model HD985-PJ, and the support by Hiseeu is excellent. The camera is easy to install and configure for your existing POE NVR system. The tracking of the camera is smooth and reliable. Another excellent feature of this camera is the color night vision. The Hiseeu Customer Support is very knowledgeable and they stay with you until the issue has been resolved. We have only used Hiseeu equipment and are very satisfied with the quality and Customer Support.

This security camera is exactly what I was looking for. Setup was quick and easy, and the app connected without any issues. The video quality is excellent—clear during the day and surprisingly good at night as well. Motion detection works well and sends alerts right away, which really gives me peace of mind.

This camera system is a solid performer. The image quality is excellent, especially at night. I appreciate the flexibility of using it with the included NVR or independently. The PTZ feature is a real time-saver. I've included photos to showcase the camera's build quality - it feels nice quality and well-made.

System and cameras are GARBAGE. Rated for outdoors. JOKE. It rains and nothing operates. now even the indoor cameras don't work. Cameras don't do anything that's in description. They worked fine for first week. Then all the problems started up. Definitely do not recommend purchasing this security system. Garbage

The Hiseeu camera has been a very easy install. This is the 7th Hiseeu security camera I have bought to add to my Hisseu NVR security system. Video quality is excellent. Night video is sharp and clear. 2 way sound quality is nice and clear. The PTZ feature makes it easy to setup without getting the ladder out to go up and manually move the camera view to where you want it. So far it has been exposed to the winter weather here in Canada and it is working as expected. Will be buying more in the future to add to my other properties.
