Good value for money, only complaint is when you put the three bars together it can be uncomfortable against your hands on the locking nuts .

Looks good and there is a tonne of weights and combos but the weight losen as you lift no matter how hard you try to tighten the end bolts. Bit annoying as you can’t get into a flow as it’s lift… tighten… lift… tighten. Good as a starter set but way too annoying to use regularly.

Should be plastic on the dumbbells then can’t damage floor and easy to put on floor otherwise all good

- Huge. These dumbbells are so wide that they are unusable. They are also big and bulky in general, with really big, low dense weight rings.- Bad materials. Feels so plasticky and unstable. Overall you get this low quality feel.- Take forever to change to different weights. Take ages to screw and unscrew different levels of weights on. The fact they are so wide also doesn't help with this.- Stink. They have a very horrid smell, and also are oily.- Take up a lot of space. Due to the weights being low density, there are more rings and they are bigger.Overall, these are big, bulky, low quality material dumbbells that you will dread using (not useful for consistent work outs). I bought the Northdeer ultra compact adjustable dumbbells and they are so much better. I wouldn't take these for free, as they have been a total waste of time. Unfortunately Amazon won't let me send them back, despite Royal Mail strikes.
