I ordered an 11x14 print from the first image. The second image is what arrived. It's great. It would have been nice it it wasn't so tightly rolled up but it pulled out fine. They were very helpful with their online support in guiding me thru the process.

It might be good for things that you aren't super worried about the quality of the image details, but as a gift it just isnt acceptable sadly.Edit: the seller takes care of customers of you dislike the product, So im adding a star for that alone. Customer service is important to me and they are very good at having quick responses. I look forward to trying them again once I am able to.
