I love the way these taste and they are high quality/clean ingredients. A much healthier way to hydrate than with Gatorade/powerade. No clumping and dissolve very well, even in cold water as long as you shake well. My kids love them too!

I love that I get the same hydration that I would from an IV drip in this delicious mix. This product has changed my life and I recommend it to everyone. My friend and I both experience vaso vagal syncopy and this has helped us exponentially. The flavors are delicious; I typically mix one scoop into 32oz and drink that over a period of 8 hours. I appreciate that it doesn't contain any added vitamins because excess can be detrimental. For example, you may not need extra B12 or vitamin C if you're obtaining it thorough your diet. I 1st would like to Thank whoever made this electrolyte drink. OMG I needed something that tastes good and so I will drink it. But I am blown away how much I needed it. My BP was 195/ 108 never have I had BP that high. I was severely dehydrated. My BP came down to 100 over 59. I can't thank you all enough for making a good product. I am extremely happy. More than words can say. I got the lemon flavor. It's AWESOME!!!
