Use full product for home pets easy to use

These are very handy. They do a very good job and help keep the surroundings neat and clean.But they work well as long as the springs are in tact. For obvious reasons the springs are kept soft, but they break after repeated usage. It’s criminal to throw away the otherwise good product just because the springs have given way. And they are not readily available in the market.It would be great if 4 pieces of springs are supplied as extra spares with every product.

Dear Amazon, please stop making cheap knockoffs of popular products from other sellers and manufacturers. I purchased this on Sep'24 and within 6 months, the springs broke down making the whole aparatus useless. Before this, I purchased the exact same product from "the pet company" and it lasted me more than 1.5yrs. In both case, the scoop was always kept in the washroom and the humidity eventually caused rusting of the metal springs. However. 6 months vs 1.5 years is a big difference. While amazon is selling the product at 10-15% lower price, the customer is eventually paying almost three times due to the cheap quality.
