The part of the chair where there is back support should have a more comfortable material, for example, the same as the part where the person sits.

Comfortable and well made product. Head rest doesn’t move quite high enough for the very tall. Just enough for me at 6 foot 3. The rock function is great.

This is a great chair for the price range and very comfortable in the most part. The only issue I have is with the material used on the arm rests. The pattern/texture on it looks quite appealing but it's quite irritating on bare arms/elbows.Other than that one thing, I can't fault the experience I've had with this chair.

The chair is very comfortable but my only critique is that the arm height isnt fully adjustable, this may seem like a minor issue but after dealing with tendonitious ive grown to understand the importance of keeping your arms in the correct position while at the computer.That said I have found no other issues with the product and thoroughly enjoy it.

It was very easy to set up! Its very very comfortable and a perfect size! Very good price and what makes a difference to me is the customer service from the company selling it, I spoke to seller as I needed an invoice and receive this in a quick time! Would recommend this chair if your looking ;)

Surprised at the quality for the price and a good looking comfortable office chair for every day use. The seat cushioning could be better but a cheap IKEA outdoor cushion has sorted this issue. Bit of a pain to put together but that's most DIY items these days. Satisfied with my purchase.

I do like this chair but the lumbar support could be better. You can adjust the lever at the back for lumbar support but it doesn't feel like it is doing anything. The arm rests have two settings - up or down. That isn't a big problem for me some people may require more adjustability for those. I think the seat cushion is fairly comfortable and large enough in width and length. I like large seat cushions and this will suit anyone who may require a larger seating area when compared to some other desk chairs on the market. The headrest is a nice feature for when you want to lean back and have your head supported. I don't think that this desk chair is perfect but it is reasonably priced chair for a fair amount of comfort.
